The final paperwork for our loan (at 5.875% 30 year fixed) was faxed to Nick at about 4:30 PM on the 6th. Scheduling our ISP, electric, and closing need to be done. That’ll all take place next week though. Heh heh heh. Suh-weet! r0x0r
