Cookies in Colorado

Seeing cookies in the news usually makes me smile but this story brought a tear to my eye.
Those poor cookies were probably never eaten. Two girls SLAVED over them only to have their final resting place be the bottom of a garbage bag.
Whimper, whimper. = (
