The Senate voted, and passed, a bill intended to increase lobbying disclosure and legislative accountability. Not bad. Both CT’s reps said YES to that lil doozy. On the other hand, Rosa said NO to a bill reauthorizing the Higher Education Act. I don’t know if that’s a happy or a sad thing. At the same time it doesn’t matter. Wht? The bill passed 221-199 (12 didn’t vote).
