Production experience
A puppy dog was put to sleep while I was auditioned — in CT. The rest of the cast/crew were in NY. This is a problem when there are only 48 hours to write, film, edit, and deliver a finished project.
It is a problem, but that doesn’t mean we didn’t accomplish the goal! In 24 hours we wrote, shot, edited and then delivered a finished piece of work to the competition. It was loads of fun to make after we were all in the same place.
After completing the piece we, the producers, agreed that this would be the last 48 Hour Film Project for a while. We all learned a great deal but we all want to put our efforts into other personal projects.
The audition, my audition, did not yield a large part but it did yield a small role in Fog Warning.
