    Hear, hear! Courtesy has indeed gone almost the way of the dinosaur these days. I’m always amazed at the surprise of people for whom I hold doors, for instance. Holding doors. How little effort that takes! And yet it’s so infrequently done. And this woman’s point about customer service is dead on.
