We’ve been told this “hardly ever happens”. Considering all the lack of work we’ve seen from the parties involved in this process, well, I’m far from surprised that the final numbers aren’t in place. What numbers? We have no idea what the numbers are! ARGH!
I don’t get it. I’m exceedingly ripped that this is not ready. Everyone we’ve spoken to has said we’ll know at least “24 hours before the closing.” We’ve passed that mark. Sigh.
