I did it! I fixed the journal comment issue! HAHAHA!!! I did it foh sho!
Simply change (in your php.ini) file:
magic_quotes_gpc = Off
to
magic_quotes_gpc = On
Voila. You’re done! Comments are now able to include the wonderful apostrophe!
