According to Jenny (paralegal) the lien search should take approximately 1 week and we’re waiting on final confirmation on the loan (aka mortgage).
If all goes as expected the loan verification should be in today and then it’s a just a wrap up of the paperwork and stuff. Oh, and that little closing thing. = D
